Rézmou (“Rézmou,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this page so you can request deletion of personal data we have collected through our website, applications, or integrations (including Facebook or Instagram login, where applicable).
How to Request Data Deletion
To request that we delete your personal data, email us at hello@rezmou.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:
- Your full name
- The email address and/or phone number associated with your account or submission
- Any Facebook or Instagram account name, if you signed in through Meta
- A brief description of how you interacted with Rézmou (e.g. submitted a form, booked a call, connected a social account)
We will verify your identity before processing the request and respond within 30 days.
What We Delete
Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymize personal data we hold about you, which may include:
- Contact details (name, email, phone number)
- Business and application information you submitted
- Appointment and communication records tied to your identity
- Social account identifiers obtained through Meta or other third-party logins
- Analytics or usage data linked to your identity, where technically feasible
What May Be Retained
We may retain certain information where required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or comply with legal obligations. Any retained data will be limited to what is necessary and kept only for as long as required.
Third-Party Services
Data stored by third-party providers (such as scheduling, CRM, analytics, or advertising platforms) may require separate deletion requests. We will make reasonable efforts to delete your data from our connected systems when you submit a request to us.
